Consumer Class Action

A "class action" lawsuit is when a group of people with the same or similar injuries caused by the same product or action sue the defendant as a group.

Discrimination & Harassment

Discrimination & Harassment claims based on verbal or physical conduct that denigrates or show hostility toward an individual because of race, color, gender, national origin, religion, age (40 or over), physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, or because of opposition to discrimination or participation in the discrimination complaint process.

Sexual Abuse/Assault

Sexual Abuse/Assault is generally any crime in which the offender subjects the victim to unwanted and offensive sexual touching.  The abuse/assault can range from groping/molestation or assault/battery to attempted rape.

Civil Rights

Civil Rights claims are generally referring to personal rights guaranteed and protected by the U.S. Constitution and federal laws, such as the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.

Labor & Employment

Labor Law ​rules are primarily designed to keep workers safe and make sure they are treated fairly, although laws are in place to protect employers’ interests as well.

Employment law governs the rights and duties between employers and workers.
